I understand that volleyball may have an element of risk and as a parent/legal guardian of the player, take full responsibility for his/her actions and physical condition. I release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bounce Volleyball Academy and its representatives from all claims or liability for damages and/or injuries to the player. Registration fees are fully refundable if the program is discontinued under any circumstances. Otherwise, registrants are not eligible for a refund.
